Chondroitin is found in cartilage providing structure and holding water.
Due to the products being derived from shellfish they are not suitable for people who suffer from a shellfish allergy.
Directions: 1 to 3 capsules daily with water.
Ingredients: Each capsule will typically provide: Glucosamine sulphate (salt free) 500mg with chondroitin preperation 40mg (from shark cartilage) providing 400mg of chondroitin, rice flower 360mg, vegetarian capsule shell (methyl cellulose) 120mg, ascorbic acid 60mg, vitaminc 60mg (100%), silicia 6mg, vegetarian magnesium stearate. % = EC recommended daily allowance.
