Most items are sent by Royal Mail post to any UK address, however larger items may be sent by a carrier service which normally delivers between 4pm and 9pm Monday-Friday. Please note that when several items are ordered they may not all be delivered together.

Our standard carriage charge is £1.50, but for the Isles of Man, Wight and Scilly, Northern Ireland, The Channel Isles, plus Scottish Highland and Island postcodes PH19-44, PH49-50, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28, HS, we reserve the right to contact you and advise an additional charge.

We offer a free delivery service on all orders over £10.00

We reserve the right to revise any prices in the event of unforeseen circumstances or a change in the VAT rate.

An order acknowledgement will be enclosed with your order, or sent separately, depending on the product(s) ordered. In the event of a query it helps us if you can quote your Account Number as given on the acknowledgement. Please contact our Customer Services Department on 01274 871488 9.00a.m - 5.00pm. Claims for goods lost or damaged in transit should be referred to us, not the carriers involved. Wherever possible we will promptly replace damaged items, or failing that, provide a refund.

Guarantee, Returns and Order Cancellation

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. You may cancel your order up to 7 days after receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel before we have despatched the goods then please call us on 01274 871488 or email customerservice@healthfoodonline.co.uk.

Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you wish to cancel after we have despatched the goods then please call us on 01274 871488 or email returns@healthfoodonline.co.uk to arrange a return. In this instance, the charge made to you will be refunded on return of the goods. If the return is for reasons other than faulty / incorrect goods then we will need to ask you to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.

Frozen, chilled and “fresh” goods cannot be returned.
